When I started coaching in 2016 I charged $20 an hour. After taxes I was making about a dollar. I was so resentful I could barely get through a call.
That's not a humble-brag origin story. That's just where I was.
No money. No roadmap. Nobody handing me anything.
So I rebuilt it.
The business. The beliefs. The whole damn life. From the ranch up. It took way longer than I want to admit and I got it wrong a lot, but here we are.
Now I sit with women while they do the same. Okay?
A morning on the ranch with horses, coffee, and women who are tired of pretending they're fine.
An hour where someone finally says out loud what you've been carrying. You'll leave able to name it.
(Your family will survive.) Private ranch. No phones. Horses. Firelight. Honest conversations. Four days that don't exist anywhere else.
You've known for a while.
There's never a perfect time. The kids will always need something. The horses will always need something. So will the husband. If this is tugging at you, that tug is the answer.
